Beth Hewines is a mixed media artist based in Yorkshire. Focusing on publishing, print making, and keeping art human generated. Their core interests are zine making, packaging and typography, aiming to bring whimsey and rage into every aspect of their work.

Beth is the creator of the long running ANTI ZINE series, creating regular issues that reflect on their experiences of the world in an often comedical format. As a part of this series they also run regular workshops and community collaboration projects.

They have collaborated with the Leeds Beckett Student’s Union, Ty Pawb’s market, Fashion Revolution's Sowing the Seeds, Oxfam’s Pop Up Shops and many more.

HEW BREW

An exploration of Brewery Branding

Hew Brew is a faux brewery, ran by Beth Hewines. The name ‘Hew Brew’ comes from an abbreviation of their surname, which just so happens to rhyme with brew.

Focusing on punk, collaged designs that bring a fun atmosphere to the label designing space. The project includes a series of can designs, some mock up’s of glass vectors and a series of beer mats for the brand.
